Currently, every nurses or aides are required to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire prior to entering the homes of our patients.

Additionally, our employees are required to take their own temperature and every patient’s temperature with a disposable thermometer.

After the temperatures are checked and the questionnaires are reviewed, our caregivers proceed to assist every patient with care, skill, and attention to detail.

Our caregivers and staff members are constantly updated with the best and most recent COVID-19 practices in the industry.

Finally, all of our caregivers are oriented and trained per specific state regulations and are educated on an ongoing basis following state and CDC guidelines. By implementing these policies and procedures, Caridad Healthcare Agency will successfully guide our clients and caregivers through the COVID-19 pandemic.
